With great pleasure we would like to let you know that Green Trust Consultancy will have a new management as of September 1 2024: Annelies Wesselink and Lieuwe Dragt are taking over from the founders Klaas Guldie, Jeroen Boerkamps and Tijmen Keesmaat. Jeroen and Tijmen will remain involved as senior consultants and will also continue to jointly form the management of the holding company Green Trust Group.

Reason for the change
After ten years of growth, it is time for a new step. For the past year we have been thinking intensively about the future of our company. Together, we concluded that this is the right time to give space to the new generation of Green Trusters. Our team has now grown to almost 40 employees, spread across the Netherlands, Serbia and Croatia. We want to give our employees the opportunity to grow internally, and it is also necessary to divide tasks. In addition, the current management wants to focus more on new opportunities in the energy sector.

Introduction new board
Annelies and Lieuwe are familiar faces within Green Trust. Annelies has been working with us as legal counsel since 2018. With her legal and business background, she has developed from project lawyer to corporate lawyer and has supported the management with legal and strategic issues. “I am proud of this new role and the trust I have been given. I look forward to working with our strong, close-knit team and our clients to move the energy transition forward. Cooperation, quality and innovation are paramount.”

Lieuwe Dragt has been with us since our founding in 2014. From his business background, Lieuwe has experience with various aspects of sustainable energy projects and has specialized in PPAs and project financing. For two years he has been part of the Management Team, and he led the Staff Department.  Lieuwe: “I am extremely looking forward to continuing my journey at Green Trust as Director. We have only just started. On to the next phase: together with and for our customers we are fully committed to the realization of the energy transition.”

Annelies and Lieuwe both carry Green Trust in their hearts and have the ambition to take Green Trust Consultancy to a new phase. Our motto - Changing energy - and our working method remain unchanged.

Next steps
From September 1, Annelies and Lieuwe will start in their new role. They look forward to getting to know you better as a partner and relationship of Green Trust Consultancy.

Remembrance of Klaas Guldie
With the passing away of Klaas we are going through a difficult period. The loss is enormous, and we are still looking for ways to deal with it. Klaas was fully behind this next step in the history of our company. As founding fathers, we -Klaas, Jeroen and Tijmen- together with Lieuwe and Annelies have been working on this succession for a long time. It is extremely sad that Klaas will not now take up his new role in Green Trust, but it also gives peace of mind to know that we have shaped the succession with his support. With great confidence we pass the baton to Lieuwe and Annelies.
